Our programs use sport, health, schools, and leadership so children and adults with intellectual disabilities can train, compete, and belong — year-round.
Unified Sports
Athletes with and without intellectual disabilities play together on the same team — building friendship, respect, and mutual understanding.
Healthy Athletes
Healthy Athletes offers free screenings and counseling covering eyes, teeth, hearing, feet, physical fitness, and health promotion. Better health helps athletes train and compete with more confidence.
Young Athletes
Young Athletes is a play-based program for children aged 2 to 7 that builds basic skills and confidence. Families are welcome to join in.
Unified Champion Schools
Inclusive sports and activities in schools promote empathy, teamwork, and inclusion among students. Schools help identify athletes and host programs.
Athlete Leadership
Athletes are given opportunities and training to lead as coaches, officials, and spokespeople. Leadership is part of how Special Olympics Nepal builds confidence beyond the field.
